Please read over these instructions for logging into the new web-based mail facility, there are a couple of minor added steps required for making a successful login to this system.
  1. Enter the first part of your e-mail address into the Enter Username field. ex: if your e-mail address is jdoe@vonl.com, you enter "jdoe", without the quotation marks.

  2. Enter your password into the Enter Password field. This is the same password you have always used to check your e-mail.

  3. In the Enter Pop Host field, you must enter your domain preceded by "mail.". The domain is the end of your e-mail address, so for example, jdoe@southway.net would enter "mail.southway.net" for the pop host. Someone with the e-mail address of jdoe@vonl.com would enter: mail.vonl.com.

  4. Click Login

  5. You will be taken to a Configuration screen.

  6. Enter your name into the Your Name field.

  7. *IMPORTANT* Change the Default Reply Address to the proper address. It will by default set your reply address to ___@nstci.com. Change it to whatever your email address actually is.

  8. Click Save Config and you are finished.
