Village Online Spam Report Form

Village Online has a strict policy against unsolicited bulk e-mail (also called "spam"). We aggressively investigate all complaints about Village Online customers who are violating this policy. If you have any questions or reports about Village Online customers, please use this form to report the incident. In order to successfully investigate any infractions of our policies we will need as much information about the infraction(s) available. Please send IP addresses, time/date including of set from GMT, and any other information related to the incident.

Complainant must agree that any correspondence including auto-responders do not constitute SPAM or UCE. Especially UCE, because any correspondence sent from the staff of Village Online to the complainant would not be unsolicited, since the nature of lodging a complaint warrants a response to said complaint.
