Referral Process

Have your friend(s) call 281-820-1234 to open their Village Online account. Make sure that they give your E-Mail address at the time they sign up.*

When a new member registers and mentions you as the referrer, you'll be sent a confirmation E-Mail. (If there is any problem with the E-Mail address they supplied, the new member will be notified via E-Mail so we can find out who referred them to Village Online.)

Once your friend has been a paying member for 30 days, you will receive credit for a free month of Village Online (value of up to $14.95). This means we will not bill your credit card for your next month of access.

* NOTE: Your friend MUST tell the Village Online sales representative your E-Mail address in order for your account to be properly credited!

Remember, you get a free month of access for every friend you refer! Refer one friend, get one free month; two friends, get two free months; three friends, get three free months. The possibilities are endless!

Program Details

The referred customer must be a paying dial-up Village Online customer for 30 days before the referring customer receives their referral credit.
The referral credit is $14.95 or the amount that the referring customer is paying per month, whichever is lower. If the referring customer is paying less than $14.95 per month, the credit will equal the recurring monthly fee paid by the referring customer.
At the time of the referral credit, both the referring and the referred customer must be current in their payments. If both parties are not current in their payments, the referral credit will be denied.
If a referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeited.
The referral credit can only be applied to the recurring Internet access service fees.
A referral credit cannot be refunded. A referral credit has no cash value.
